Get Allowed Destinations Settings

/api/settings/allowed-destinations

Get allowed destinations (outbound call + SMS) for the current tenant plus the parent tenant's effective allow-list when this tenant is a sub-account.

Response fields:

• continents: the tenant's own saved (and parent-clamped) selection. Falls back to US/CA when the tenant has a US/CA phone number, or to empty when nothing applies.
• parent_allowed: the parent tenant's effective allow-list (with its own ancestors already factored in), or null when this tenant has no parent. The UI uses this to hide countries the parent has not permitted.
